Question: I never got the activation email. What do I do?
Answer: It probably went to your junk file or spam folder. If you cannot find it, no worries, Email Us and we will take care of your activation promptly!

Question: Ok I joined....It says you must be a member to view this tutorial! What's going on?
Answer: You can view all the tutorials on your profile page. Aptune just wants to make sure you are a member so you will have to log in. Thanks for joining!

Question: How do I communicate on Aptune?
Answer: You can communicate 2 ways right now. You can post from your profile page and it will show up on World News or you can go to any members profile page and send them a private message. You can request them as a friend. Communication is the Key to Success!

Question: I am new to this. Where should I start?
Answer: If your goal is to learn web design, you start with Photoshop Basics. Watch all the tutorials in order. You can download the latest version of photoshop from the download link at the bottom of every page of Aptune. This gives you a Free 30 Day trial. Work through the tutorials along side Photoshop Guru Allen Patterson. You can pause the videos to catch up if needed.
Repeat this Process with all the Courses.
